News: industrial vacuum washing

In order to guarantee an ever-improving quality of its products to its customers and ensure the absence of burrs or chip residues on manufactured parts, CGS Srl has decided to invest in the new technology of industrial vacuum washing: CGS Srl now uses an IFP KP100 Basic WASHING MACHINE with ULTRASONIC VACUUM CLEANING technology for the industrial washing of its entire product range.

This is an ultrasonic washing with an entirely vacuum cycle, which therefore ensures:

• A quality wash, as no chip or solvent residue remains on the parts at the end of the wash, even in the case of deep blind drilling.
• Environmentally friendly washing, because no residue is released into the environment at the end of washing.

The washing system has a maximum autonomy of 500 kg in unmanned shifts.
